Confidence?

Hello!
So here's a post that's gonna reveal quite a fair bit about me.
HAHAHA why am I even gonna talk about this.
Because I've heard this phrase one too many times

"You need to be more confident in yourself"

I understand that everyone has their insecurities
And just as a disclaimer.
I'm not wallowing in self pity or anything.
This is who I am. I'm trying to improve on it slowly.
And stating it out is just me trying to take a step forward.
Out of my comfort zone.

So, if you know me.
I'm noisy, I'm straightforward, I'm obnoxious
I sound confident of myself

But [deep breath]
Honestly, every morning I wake up
I sometimes don't even wanna bother dressing up properly
Coz I know no one is gonna take a second look at me.

Recently I've been trying to dress better.
Wear eyeliner.
And even attempt to do covers.
Trust me, it's not for anyone.
It's just a reason for me to feel better about myself.

I feel like a tiny fruit fly around any and everyone
I can never see myself as of the same level as anyone.
I'm not pretty.
I'm not smart.
I'm not capable of much.
My snooty comments and rude insults is just a way of covering my
low self esteem. HAHAHA.
But hey, it works!
It's who I am and I now love the 'sassy' part of me.

Everyone else around me seems to be the complete opposite of that.
If they aren't pretty, smart and capable, they are at least one of the three.
Sometimes I really wish I could be like that.

Someone share with me what's it like to be pretty?
Or smart.
Or... anything at all.

Anyways,
I'm gonna be off blogging for the next 5 weeks.
Because I have like 10 submissions.
HAHAHAHAHAHAH why.

And just to say once again, I'm not trying to wallow in self pity.
This is who I am and I've accepted it.
I'm just curious to what it's like to be one of the regular people.

I don't think there's anything wrong with having low self confidence.
Legit. I think it helps us create a defensive kinda wall to protect ourselves.
And we eventually learn to accept ourselves and acknowledge this issue.
And I'm somewhat thankful for it.

Do I even make sense?
I don't know. I just typed whatever was on my mind.
As usual :P

HEY LOOK IT'S 2015 ALREADY!!

This is 11 days late but

HAPPY 2015!!

So people have been asking me to blog about Christmas and New Year.
Well. Christmas wasn't much..
So here's a picture with someone who is one of the reasons as to why I'm still alive today (:

This is girl is the sweetest. She always knows what to say

So after Christmas.. Well.

So I spent my new year working in USS

So before our shift,

Shermane and I went to the park to take pictures.

Okay so hopping over to New Years CELEBRATION!!

So we were just doing sets as per usual

Till 11:30 where we went to help out for countdown.

The older guides told us that the year before was loads more fun

But oh well.

It was a great experience :D 

So here are like, 4 pictures

So after the celebration, 

we went for supper at McDonalds 

Yes that was my first meal of the year. HAHAHA WHY

I think that's it? Though I'm not too sure. I may have left someone out or something

Unfortunately we didn't take pictures during the supper though

But here's a wefie spam before supper :P

My roots need to die[geddit geddit] . 

So after supper, we all caught the 3am night transport bus home.

And I reached home at like 4am. HAHAH whoops.

And the best part is that I had work later in the day also.

And I slept for like only 2-3 hours.

Level of tired that day - pretty high

So after work, we went to Swee Choon!

Omg love love love that place.

The dimsum is amazingggg 

So here's who I went with :D

Okay it was an extremely satisfying meal.

But by the time we were done it was 11+,

coming to 12? I'm not sure.

But either way. 

I WASN'T GONNA BE ABLE TO GO HOME VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT.

Thankfully, Sherm's friend Eugene agreed to drive me home.

So nice of him :D .

Aaaanyways.

ON TO 2ND JANUARY! 

So on 2nd January,

I was supposed to go to the park with Lina, Yoyo and Sin Ee.

They are colleagues of mine, basically. HAHAHA

But in the end I went with 

Sherm, then we found out that Jui Sheng was in the park too.

So we went to find him.

And also, we called up Jazli and asked him if he wanted to come to the park too.

So.. PICTURE TIME!

First things first ,

we went to look for Tingting coz she was working that day:D

Yes they both have to somewhat bend when they take such close photos with me

STOP IT AH.

ON TO THE CHARACTERS! :D 

We went to take pictures with the minions first.

Coz well. THE MINIONS LINE NEEDS TO MAINTAIN.

And here's SANTAAA

His 2nd last day of being in USS

Then we went to find Shrek and Fiona!

Shrek hugged me before the photo

But it was so good to see them <3 

Then we went to see the Raptor! :D

Then we went to find Charlie Chaplin

And he decided to twirl me around. 

Interesting fact - the earlier Charlie also twirled me around before taking the picture.

I guess I look twirl-able

So after Charlie we went to the Madagascar show!

We only managed to snap pictures with Gloria and King Julien though!

After that we went to look for the Transformers!

Unfortunately we missed Optimus Prime.

But we still got to take with Bumblebee! :D

This picture happened because we saw guests coming

and told Bobby 'to do your job'

because he was cutting the line. HAHAHA

So after that we went to chill at Mel's for a while.

Before looking for the sesame street characters! :D

Which is really amazing but sadly no longer happening ):
