So. I have a few favourite quotes.
I'll just list them down.
1) Let it be
I don't know if this actually counts as a quote? Okay never mind it does :P
Basically every time I remind myself to just let things go as God would want them to happen.
I need to stop trying to control every aspect of my life.
2) "The soul becomes dyed with the colour of its thoughts" - Marcus Aurelius
Just reminds me to think happy, positive thoughts that would do me good ultimately (:
3) "You can never taste victory before you taste defeat"
This quote was in a letter that my FOC dad gave to me when I graduated as a GP.
And I've never forgotten that quote ever since. It's gotten me through so many tough times.
Helping me bear in mind that the tough times won't last forever.
The list goes on, really. HAHAH
So here's my favourite quote of all time.
"If you want to be happy, be" - Leo Tolstoy.
This quote honestly. It's so simple.
What I take away from it is simply the quote itself.
You can be happy as long as you choose to be (:

Sparklers always seem to bring out the happiest side of people, that's until they get hit by a spark and burn themselves :P
